商品一旦寄出,恕不接受因以下原因退换:

若收到瑕疵、破损、错误商品,请在 收到商品 3 个工作天内 联系客服,并提供以下资料:

  • 商品瑕疵局部照片

  • 包装照片(如有必要)

客服将会进行核实,确认属于本店责任后为您处理。

3. 可自行修复的商品(店家承担费用)

若瑕疵属于轻微问题且 顾客可自行修复(如掉扣、线头、松线等)
👉 本店将承担合理修复费用(需提供收据)。

4. 商品无法修复的处理方式

若瑕疵属于无法自行修复的情况(严重瑕疵):

您可在 7 个工作天内寄回商品
若经本店核实确实是本店责任:

  • 👉 来回邮费由本店承担

  • 👉 可选择退款或换同等价值商品(可补差价)

5. 退换商品必须符合以下条件

退回的商品必须:

  • 保持原有吊牌

  • 未曾水洗

  • 无化妆品、体味、香水味

  • 无人为损坏

  • 不影响二次销售

若不符合以上条件,本店将无法办理退换。

6. 退款方式

退款将于核实后的 3 个工作天内 完成处理。
退款方式:

  • 仅接受银行账号退款(需提供银行资料)

若顾客不选择退款:

  • 可更换同等价格商品

  • 若有差价可补或退

Applicable to all CM PLUS FASHION products.

1. No return or exchange after shipment (Size / Color / Style)

Once the item is shipped, returns or exchanges due to the following reasons are not accepted:

  • Wrong size chosen

  • Color difference

  • Change of mind or personal preference

Thank you for your understanding.

2. Defective or wrong item received

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 3 working days of receiving the parcel.

Please provide:

  • A full product video

  • Clear photos of the defect

  • Packaging photos (if required)

We will verify the issue and assist accordingly.

3. Items that can be self-repaired (Shop covers repair cost)

If the defect is minor and can be repaired by the customer (e.g., loose threads, button issues):
👉 We will cover reasonable repair costs (receipt required).

4. Items that cannot be repaired

If the defect is significant and cannot be repaired:

You may return the item within 7 working days.

If verified to be our responsibility:

  • 👉 Return & reship postage will be fully covered by us

  • 👉 You may choose a refund or exchange for an item of equal value (price difference can be topped up or refunded)

5. Conditions for return

Returned items must:

  • Have original tags attached

  • Be unworn & unwashed

  • Have no fragrance, stains, or damage

  • Be in resellable condition

Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be processed.

6. Refund method

Refund will be processed within 3 working days after verification.
Refund method:

  • Bank transfer only (customer must provide bank details)

If the customer prefers not to receive a refund:

  • Exchange for an item of equal value is allowed

  • Any price difference can be topped up or refunded
